Shipping & Returns

Shipping is calculated using the Royal Mail or appropriate postal system, built into the store's postage calculator. If you believe that postage for an item is incorrect, or you wish to work out a discount on a large order, please contact me at: wolfy@gothybeans.com before sending an order. I will do my best to find out what can be done in such situations.

Items are shipped from the UK, so please allow time for them to arrive. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me immediately. Refunds can be given upon return of the item, or if an insured item is lost in the mail. Uninsured items or one of a kind items that could potentially go missing are on the whole not covered by the refund policy - I've been burned too many times in the past by people claiming items haven't arrived when they have.

On the whole, items do no go missing in the mail. But if it's a very important or expensive order, I won't let it leave me without insurance and tracking anyway. I also always get proof of postage for any order sent out.
